2. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by Unitech Flowers.
Prices mentioned are exclusive of delivery charges (if applicable).
Payments must be made as per the agreed terms before dispatch unless otherwise approved in writing.
Any customization or bulk pricing will be shared only after enquiry confirmation.
3. Delivery & Logistics
Deliveries are made as per the schedule agreed upon with the customer.
Unitech Flowers is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control such as weather, transportation issues, or natural events.
Once the flowers are handed over to the customer or logistics partner, responsibility for handling and storage transfers to the buyer.
4. Product Freshness & Quality
We ensure flowers are fresh and properly handled at the time of dispatch.
Natural variations in color, size, and texture may occur.
Claims regarding product quality or damage must be reported within 4 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled or refunded due to the perishable nature of flowers.
Refunds are processed only in case of incorrect or undelivered orders verified by Unitech Flowers.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content including text, images, and graphics belongs to Unitech Flowers and cannot be copied or used without written permission.
7. Governing Law
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka (India).
